If an error occurs in the controlling processes to the cloud after approving a request, a mail is sent to the system administrator according to the error event. Investigate the error cause by looking the description of the mail and re-examine the settings and the operational environment.
The mail destination address and the state of the request after the error depend on the place where the error occurs.
